      Who likes to pay more for shipping? We don’t!

      As part of our commitment to serve you, we do offer FREE shipping to any part in the United States. 

      For orders done outside the United States, there is a small $9.99 shipping fee. This helps us cover some of the cost for customs overseas.

      We are now offering FREE returns  (some exclusion apply)

      We usually ship within 1-2 business days. If your order is placed by 2pm PST, it would be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2pm PST would be shipped the next business day.

      Once your order is confirmed, it could take anywhere from 2-7 business days to receive your order. This does not include weekends and major holidays. International orders are received between 7-21 business days.



      We value our customers satisfaction and in any case that you are not happy with your product- Return it to us within 60 days for a refund. We believe in our product’s quality and we want you to as well.

      All item(s) must be unworn and unwashed and in its original packaging accompanied by Pedal Up Apparel proof of purchase. (some exclusion apply).



      • Use the Free return label provided in your package.
      • Place the label on the package.
      • Include a copy of the packing slip.
      • Drop package off at any USPS shipping facility

      Once processed, your refund can take up to 7-10 business days to reflect on your account statement depending on your financial institution. You will receive a confirmation email once this is completed.



      After 60 days or without Pedal Up Apparel proof of purchase, we reserve the right to review each return on a case by case basis. If your refund is rejected, the item would be returned to sender.

      If your return is accepted, a return shipping fee of $5.99 would be deducted from your refund. Without an original proof of purchase, a refund would be issued in the amount of the lowest selling price.



      In an event we shipped you the wrong size, color, or item(s) that happened to be damaged during shipping, contact customer care at for a full refund or exchange. In this case, we would be responsible for your shipping cost.



      As of now, we are not accepting exchanges. If you would like another size or color, simply return your item for a refund and place a new order. If your item was purchased during a sale event, contact customer care at with your name and order information so that we could match the price you originally paid.
